angiogenesis describes the system level organization of vascular networks,
their dynamical formation, their topological organization, and the biological
implications of these dynamics. This preliminary
version will have the main sections completed, describing the kernel of theVT
model. Further Essays and Tutorials,
and supporting appendices will be added as they are finished over the next 6
- 12 months, including computer code. See below for a short
